The day-to-day

  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding GlobalVision products.
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in GlobalVision products.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Presenting our company to potential clients.



  • DEC (Diplôme d’Études Collégiales).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable conducting cold and warm calls to existing and potential clients.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of software industry.
