We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and enthusiastic Sales Assistant at our corporate headquarters located on the West Island.
Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting all sales efforts for the Account Executive.
Tasks
- To conduct outbound telephone and e-mail activities to generate appointments for the Account Executive.
- To coordinate internal sales support activities and ensure potential clients are receiving information in a timely manner.
- To follow-up on sales to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.
- To coordinate sales activities while the Account Executive is out of the office.
- To prepare and send sales quotations for opportunities being worked on.
- To schedule web demonstrations and on-site visits for Account Executive.
- To follow-up on pipeline opportunities.
- To update and maintain price books within Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- To hold a minimum of a DEC (Diplôme d’Études Collégiales).
- To possess 2 to 3 years experience in inside sales and/or booking appointments.
- Experience with business to business sales of software.
- Mastery of written and spoken English.
- To possess knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
- Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods industry experience is an asset.
