Global Vision Customer Satisfaction Survey

Global Vision has just completed a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey and the results are not only worth mentioning, they are worth celebrating!
This survey went out to over 650 customers, and 92.3% of all respondents said that they would recommend Global Vision’s inspection solutions to others in their company or field. Customer responses overwhelmingly cited “Supportive”, “Effective”, “Friendly” and “Efficient” as primary reasons for their satisfaction with Global Vision. Even more noteworthy, respondents used these same terms to describe what the Global Vision brand means to them.
Our clients in quality control, chemical, print and the pharmaceutical industries report cost and time savings, combined with the increased error detection abilities of our inspection solutions to be primary reasons for their loyalty to the Global Vision brand.
